Food tourism in Zanzibar Welcome to the Centre for Leisure, Tourism and Society (CeLTS) where we are engaged in theoretically-informed applied research conducted within a collaborative inter-disciplinary framework. Our research contributes to the development of new interdisciplinary theoretical perspectives, policy analyses and management critiques related to sustainable and inclusive development.
